Somehow I missed posting last week. In any case I am into week 4 of starting over. Sorry about that. I wanted to starting posting from my iPod. By the time I remembered to download the app I was in midweek. So again sorry about that.
Anyway, onto the reason I am actually posting. I have lost 2 pounds and have 2 pounds to go by the 25th. Which is next Friday. So I hope your sticking to whatever plan you may be using to lose weight. I am trying hard on my end. Again if anyone has any suggestions on nutrition, recipes, or exercise let me know and I will be more than happy to post them here.
