Well 6 weeks into my routine. I did not lose the 4 pounds I was going for, but I did lose 2. So yay me! With a new month comes a new goal of 4 pounds by March 25th.
I have to be honest, I have not been strict on my diet. I am getting there. Day by day, slowly but surely. I am into the special K protein bars and shakes. They’re really good and not leave a grainy taste in your mouth.
That’s all the news for the week, or in this case the past two weeks. Better than not posting at all, I guess.
