This week starts a new workout routine. 2/45 min Cardio workouts and 2/60 min Cardio with strength training per week. Doing the WALK THIS WAY BOOTCAMP as kickboxing. Of course there will be some change ups by doing dance routines cause it’s just that fun. I’ve lost a little weight, nothing significant. However I have lost enough inches that I can actually put on my size large dress without trouble. Though the dress doesn’t quite fit right at least there’s no struggling. I am on my way.
